Medidas: 32″ cintura, 22.75 muslos, 40″ caderas
English Version
Well, it’s Mamavation Monday. Last week was a good one, I was able to stay on the clean eating train. Now, yesterday the registration for the AJC Peachtree Road Race started… I’ve only done a 5k once and think this is the perfect event to get me going. Now, I procrastinated enough where the online registration is now closed but I will send in my registration next Sunday! I’ll have to pay $33 to get in and knowing me I would hate to “waste” the money. My goal for this 10K race is to run it at a 13-min pace or 1:20. Given I haven’t done much running I think this is a good goal for me. I’ve never undertaken a task of this magnitude but there is always the frist time, right?
I will be using Podrunner Intervals Podcast – a 10 week FREE series that should get me going 🙂 The music is a mix of techno and electronica. This series was designed by Coach Jenny Hadfield.
I start this program at 130 pounds.
Measurements: : 32″ waist, 22.75″ thighs, 40″ hips
lots of luck on the run!!!
All right the translation between the two was not spot on but thank you. I need to read in Spanish more often. I am not a native speaker (or reader) but really need to be doing more of it to help my baby be bilingual. I did just read your post in Spanish to my belly LOL.
Anyway, check you out with your 1:20 10K, Turbo Jam and Exercise TV. Good luck working towards your goals.
